TRIACTACLEN-2
USA Health brings you the next generation in metabolism enhancement and fat burning products with the introduction of Triactaclen-2. Featuring a synergistic combination of thyroid supporting nutrients 3,5-Diiodo-L-Tyrosine and Coleus Forskohlii as well as the powerful fat metabolizing effects of Norephedrine and Yohimbine. Triactaclen-2 is hands down the most effective fat burning product to date!
Why is Triactaclen-2 so effective? To fully understand this question, it is first necessary to explain a little about the thyroid gland. The thyroid produces two iodinated (iodine bound to tyrosine) compounds, T4 and T3. The thyroid gland mainly produces T4, which converts to T3 later by a deiodinase enzyme. T3 is more than 5 times as potent as T4 at increasing the BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate). When you diet T3 production is cut way back. In virtually every cell in the body, T3 plays a major role in regulating both metabolism and protein synthesis. With these facts in mind, imagine the benefits of even just a slight elevation of T3 in the body, or even just ensuring the normal production of the hormone.
The ingestion of 3,5-Diiodo-L-Tyrosine provides iodine and tyrosine into circulation where they are made available to the thyroid gland to be synthesized into more thyroid hormone (T4 and T3). Plus, the amino acid L-Tyrosine is also used to synthesize epinephrine and norepinephrine. Epinephrine and norepinephrine have positive effects on basal metabolic activity (burns more calories) in turn enhancing thermogenesis and fat burning.
Traictaclen-2 also utilizes the herb Coleus Forskohlii which has been shown to enhance metabolism as well by increasing the amount of thyroid hormones (T4 and T3) produced. Coleus exhibits effects by modulating one of the most widely recognized intercellular messenger systems in the body, adenyl cyclase, which converts directly to camp (Cyclic AMP). cAMP enhances the action of epinephrine on glycogen stores in the liver and muscle cells, stimulates the thyroid to produce more T4 and T3, and enhances the action of the enzyme lipase which breaks down fatty acids. Additional pharmacological benefits of Coleus include bronchodilation of lung tissue and augmenting the contraction of cardiac muscle. Both of these effects lead to an increased oxygen intake and availability. Increasing the available oxygen allows the body to break down more fats and carbohydrates for energy, which will lead to some wonderful benefits during any physical activity, or for weight loss.
Norephedrine (PPA) is a Thermogenic compound, which increases metabolic rate by activating the sympathetic nervous system. Norephedrine is a chemical cousin of ephedrine and acts on the region of the brain, which controls appetite.
Yohimbine is the active ingredient of the very popular Yohimbe Bark. Yohimbine affects the central nervous system in a different manner than ephedrine. To put it simply, Yohimbine blocks the Alpha 2 receptors, which initiates a fat burning effect. Yohimbine unlike ephedrine is not considered a stimulant and in fact increases blood flow through the relaxation (vasodilatation) of blood vessels.
Triactaclen-2 offers a two-fold approach to enhancing the metabolism (burning of carbohydrates and fats for energy) while providing specific ratios of ingredients designed to work synergistically to achieve a common goal. The 3,5-Diiodo-L-Tyrosine and Coleus will work to promote thyroid hormone production while the L-Tyrosine, Norephedrine, and Yohimbine will affect the sympathetic nervous system.
